Refund Policy

The Esperance Senior Citizens Centre aims to be clear and transparent regarding payments.

Membership Fees

Membership is issued for the calendar year, ending on 31 December, regardless of the date of purchase.

Membership fees are non-refundable.

No refunds or partial refunds will be provided for memberships purchased part way through the year, for change of mind, non-attendance, or early cancellation.

Events and Activities

Fees paid for events or activities are non-refundable, including where a participant is unable to attend.

This includes cancellations due to personal circumstances.

Cancellations by the Centre

If an event or activity is cancelled by the Centre, participants will be give a refund.

​Refunds for other items will only be provided where required under Australian Consumer Law.
